Yoshinoya has been perfecting gyudon since 1899, making it one of the oldest and most respected beef bowl chains in Japan. Their signature beef bowl features thinly sliced beef simmered in a sweet-savory sauce. Singapore operations began in 1997, now with 11 outlets including Bugis Junction, Junction 8, NEX, and Bedok Mall.
