Aburi-EN at JEM serves flame-grilled donburi on Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice, with an emphasis on pork and Miyazaki wagyu. The Buta Don is $14.90, the Iberico Hoho Don is $17.50 and the Roast Wagyu Don is $19.90, while a Premium Miyazakigyu Jyu is $35.90. JEM is one of two outlets with a sashimi menu. Weekday specials until 5pm add an appetiser and miso soup.
