Unagiya Ichinoji is an unagi specialist that opened at Robertson Quay in April 2018. Reviews at the time described it as the first overseas outlet of Tokyo's Miyagawa Honten, an eel restaurant said to date back 125 years. The signature is Nagoya style hitsumabushi, charcoal grilled eel over rice eaten with condiments and dashi soup, plus variations pairing unagi with oysters or soft shell crab. The official website lists one outlet, Robertson Quay, as of October 2026. Online prices run roughly 32 to 42 dollars for a standard bowl, well above its 2018 launch prices.
