Singapore flagship of a Michelin approved Japanese eel house, serving binchotan grilled whole eel sets and hitsumabushi from $48++.

Yondaime Kikukawa opened its Singapore flagship at Shaw Centre in 2025, with over 90 years of history and fourth generation master Kikukawa Yuhei. Whole eel is grilled over binchotan charcoal and served as the Kabayaki Ippon Unagi Set at $48++, the Ippon Hitsumabushi Set at $50++ or a salt grilled Shirayaki set at $48++. Sides include assorted sashimi at $39++, eel bone crackers and umaki egg rolls.
