Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa opened its second Singapore restaurant at Raffles City on 1 October 2026, after the Shaw Centre flagship. Eel is grilled whole over binchotan charcoal under fourth generation master Kikukawa Yuhei. The Kabayaki Ippon Unagi Set is $48++, the Ippon Hitsumabushi Set with wasabi, nori and dashi is $50++, and a salt grilled Shirayaki set is $48++. Assorted sashimi and egg rolled with eel are offered as sides.
