Una Una opened in Bugis in 2021 as a specialist in charcoal-grilled unagi. The signature is the Unagi Hitsumabushi, with carefully selected eel grilled over charcoal and served over freshly cooked rice in the Nagoya style. The menu now also covers fresh sashimi and bowls made with beef and pork. The Bugis+ outlet is on level 5, and a second branch is at VivoCity.
