Tempura TenTen is in the basement of Raffles City and focuses on tempura rice bowls and ramen. The Premium King Prawn Tendon at $19.80 uses prawns from Kagoshima, and the Unatendon at $19.80 pairs tempura with grilled eel. Diners can swap to truffle rice for $1 and add yuzu pepper sauce for a sharper finish. It opens 11am to 10pm every day.
