Sushi Dorobo opened in April 2026 on level 3 of Bugis Cube, a ten seat counter run by two chefs. Lunch from 11:30am to 2pm is donburi, from a Salmon Don at $16.90 and Bara Chirashi Don at $21.90 up to the Dorobo Kaisen Don at $35.90 and Hokkaido Don at $42.90. An extra $8 adds salad, miso soup, tea, onsen tamago and dessert. Dinner is omakase from $99.
