Man Man by Chef Teppei Yamashita is Singapore's premier unagi destination. They import live eels from the renowned Mikawa Isshiki region in Japan and grill them fresh over binchotan charcoal. Their Hitsumabushi allows you to enjoy the eel three ways: plain, with condiments, and as ochazuke. Awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand. Original outlet at Keong Saik Road, with additional location at Clarke Quay.
