Liu Kou Shui is a hawker stall at Bukit Canberra Hawker Centre, run by a culinary school graduate and her mother since December 2022. SethLui's May 2026 update lists the Beef Sukiyaki Don at $8 and the Mala Char Siew Don at $7, with a ramen upgrade for $1. Eatbook adds a $9 Unagi Don at the sister stall. It is closed on Wednesdays.
