Compact Onze counter serving Tokyo style Tsujihan kaisendon in three sizes with ten kinds of sashimi, uni and ikura.
Kaunta is a 16 seat counter at Onze @ Tanjong Pagar, run by the team behind The Sushi Bar. Since 2024 its star item is a Tsujihan style kaisendon in three sizes, Ume at $19.90++, Hana at $29.90++ and Tokujo at $39.90++. Each bowl carries ten kinds of sashimi with uni and ikura, and the chef adds seafood stock near the end for ochazuke. Walk ins only, expect queues.
