
Omote is a Singapore chirashi and donburi restaurant that began at Thomson Plaza and took the Omote name in December 2018, after trading as Sushiro before the Japanese Sushiro chain arrived in Singapore. It is known for loaded chirashi bowls built on a signature marinated seafood blend, and its menu claims over one million bowls sold. Its website lists two Singapore outlets as of October 2026, the Thomson Plaza flagship and a Special Edition outlet at Lentor Modern. Chirashi bowls run from 18.80 to 38.80, with cooked rice bowls from 15.80.
